Bright World Academy recently held a leadership seminar during scout hours, focusing on “The Leader in Me,” which is based on Stephen Covey’s “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.” Led by Mrs. Rose, the seminar was designed to enhance students’ thinking skills and develop their leadership abilities.
During the seminar, students participated in various activities that encouraged critical thinking and initiative. Mrs. Rose shared valuable insights on leadership, highlighting the significance of responsibility, communication, and teamwork.
The interactive nature of the seminar allowed students to engage in discussions and group exercises, enabling them to practice leadership skills in real-time. This approach helped them build confidence and a deeper understanding of effective leadership.
Three photos from the seminar illustrate our students actively participating in the sessions, listening to Mrs. Rose, and collaborating in teams. These images capture the essence of the seminar and the enthusiasm of our students as they embraced the opportunity to grow as future leaders.
This leadership seminar is part of Bright World Academy’s ongoing efforts to prepare our students to become responsible and thoughtful leaders in their communities.
