Bright School Students Shine at Taekwondo Competitions!

Bright SchoolNews & Events

We are proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students at two major taekwondo championships. From their impressive performances to the values they embodied, our young athletes have made both Bright School and Bright World Academy proud.

Nadira, a Primary 5 student, wins silver at Taekwondo Challenge!

First, we extend heartfelt congratulations to Nadira, a Primary 5 student at Bright School, for her remarkable performance at the prestigious Kemenpora Taekwondo Challenge. Despite it being her first time competing in such a large event, Nadira demonstrated immense strength, focus, and self-discipline. Her hard work over just a month of preparation led her to win a silver medal! This experience has not only developed her physical abilities but has also taught her important life lessons in perseverance and self-confidence. Nadira’s family provided unwavering support, which motivated her to give her best and left her eager to continue training for future competitions.

In addition to Nadira’s success, students from Bright School and Bright World Academy showcased their talent at the 2024 ATF UI Taekwondo Championship, a national-level event held at the University of Indonesia. This prestigious tournament, which hosted over 1,180 athletes from across Indonesia, was an opportunity for our students to demonstrate their skills while embracing values such as sportsmanship, discipline, and honesty.
