We had our sports event on 23rd May. Sports are important as children have to be active every day. Physical activity stimulates growth and leads to improved physical and emotional health. Sport, not just exercise, gives a child more than just physical well being. It contributes to a child’s development both psychological and socially.
We had mass exercise in the morning where even parents joined us and made it fun! After that we all went biking all around the campus. When we came back to our class the children played various games and did art and craft. Over all the children had fun and they are looking forward to the next sports day which will be held next year!
